What your warranty covers:
If the item is damaged due to manufacturing defects, a new item can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase
We will endeavour to repair your item for damage or breakages caused by material or manufacturing defects. If a repair is not possible, either a replacement of equal value and similar appearance will be offered
Broken chains can be replaced for the duration of the warranty
Broken earring backs can be replaced during the warrantyWhat your warranty does not cover:
This warranty is void if the item has been damaged due to improper handling, accidents, negligence, or unauthorised repair
Other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship (including natural wear and tear, bent rings, or lost items)
Gold plated items will eventually fade in time and therefore our warranty does not cover re-plating (a chargeable re-plating service is available)
How it works?
Should service be required, please contact us via Line OA: @gemondo_th to request service. The item must be sent for inspection to determine if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs or can bring the item to the GEMONDO showroom in person
Repairs or replacements of the same items can take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks, depending on sourcing materials and/or gemstones (in cases of loss). As GEMONDO carefully selects rare natural stones and unique designs, there may be some cases where the gemstones have unique characteristics, making it difficult to source and replace them to the exact original specifications
GEMONDO cannot guarantee that we can provide the same model of jewellery, but will always try our best. If any amendments are necessary, our staff will inform you before the repair takes place. If your model is not available, an item of equal value and similar appearance will be offered
Outside of 2-Year Warranty:
Rest assured, we can still assist you if your item falls outside our warranty. Our in-house repairs team can carry out the work for a charge, and an estimated return date will be provided upon request
For items outside of warranty, the following service charges apply
Re-plating for faded, peeled, blackened, or reddened settings ฿350 THB per piece.
Ring resizing fee starts from ฿350 THB per piece and varies by design and size adjustment. Please note that some designs may not be scalable due to their design nature. Please consult our staff for further advice.
Gemstone replacement charges depend on the type and size of the stone
*Charges are subject to change. All repairs are subject to inspection from our workshop, and a quote will be sent out before any work is carried out.
