Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, requests for refunds/replacements will be accepted up to 14 days after receipt of your goods. While in your possession you must keep any products you intend to return to Gemondo in perfect condition with tags on. The customer is responsible for the delivery fees of the returned product.
Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 15 days to return to your account. If you paid with a credit card, your refund will appear on your next due statement.
Warranty
A 2-years warranty covers all products in our range. Any manufacturing defects or damage will be replaced or repaired free of charge by us. A comparable item will be provided by us if an item is no longer available.
Custom-made jewelry, including adjustments to ring sizes, modifications to chain lengths, or changes in gemstones, is not eligible for exchange or return. Nevertheless, a standard 2-years warranty is provided to ensure satisfaction and quality assurance. The highest priority is given to customer happiness and confidence in our products.
After the initial 2-years of purchase, maintenance services for your beloved jewelry will still be provided by us. Repair services, which may involve a cost, will be carried out within 14 business days if the circumstances are within our control. It should be noted that the gemstones used in our jewelry are naturally sourced. Therefore, longer than expected durations may be needed for finding replacement gemstones, but only when replacements are necessary.
An extended 90-day warranty will be applied to your jewelry once the repair has been completed, giving it the same warranty as new jewelry.
For any required service, assistance will be provided and discussions can be initiated regarding any issues. Regardless of fault, every effort is made to help resolve any unexpected issues, ensuring a quick return to enjoying your treasured jewelry.
