Warranty
Our belief is that products should be crafted to last; therefore Gemondo is proud to offer a lifetime warranty to back that claim. But if there was damage from non-production damage, there would be an extra charge for that.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, requests for refunds/replacements will be accepted up to 14 days after receipt of your goods. The goods must be returned with the presentation box and the original contents of the parcel. The customer is responsible for the delivery fees of the returned product.
Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 14 days to return to your account. If you paid with a credit card, your refund will appear on your next due statement.
